Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, all items must be in their original, unwashed condition to qualify.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
